What is this?

Pdfdodo is a data extraction application for extracting text from PDFs and saving it as CSV or Excel format.

The PDF file can be in printed text, handwritten. We accept PDFs that are generated by software or scanned!

Is Pdfdodo free?

Yes Pdfdodo is free to use. You will get all the features of all the paid plans, but the only limitation is the number of pages you can analyze.

What is a credit?

We use a credit system to keep track of the pages that have been analyzed. Each page analyzed is one credit.

So for example, if you have a 10 page PDF to analyze, the cost of this is 10 credits!

You will receive an error if you have gone over your limit.

How does this work?

I have tried to make this as easy as possible to analyze your documents. You just need sign in and upload a PDF document. After that click **“Analyze” ** and Pdfdodo will try to find all the tables and extract the data.

When the analysis is complete, you will have the option to export this data to CSV or Excel format.

Can I use scanned PDF?

Yes you can. The application uses OCR technology to detect text from scanned documents. The PDF can be printed text or even handwritten!

What are some use cases for this?

Our most common use case is for extracting data from bank or financial statements.

Other types of documents include:

• Utility Bills,
• Rental statements,
• Tax returns

We also include a API. This allows you to create automated workflows or integrate with other systems.

What type of documents can I upload to Pdfdodo?

We currently support files that are PDF, PNG, JPEG, and TIFF. There is a limitation of 15MB for each document.

When providing images, make sure to provide as high quality an image as you can, ideally at least 150 DPI.

My documents did not convert properly

If you see a problem with the conversion, send us a email. This way, we can improve our algorithms for future conversions.

What PDF document languages do you support?

Pdfdodo mainly supports text that is printed or handwritten in English.

Other languages that we support include German, French, Spanish, Italian and Portuguese.

How is my data stored?

We take your data seriously. Your uploaded documents will be encrypted and is only stored for analysis purposes. We use a storage provider that holds certifications with PCI, ISO, and SOC.

After the analysis of the document is complete, it will be deleted.

How do I cancel or get a refund?

Running PdfDodo incurs a high cost. Because of this we do not provide any form of refunds, whether partial or in full.

However, you can cancel your subscription anytime. Just send us an email and we will process that for you within 24 hours. Once you decide to cancel, no further charges will be made to your account.

Do you have an affiliate program?

Yes! We give a 50% commission for all payments by customers you refer to us. This means you could earn up to $495.00 on each sale!
